PC Teijin (Japan) K‑1300

PC Teijin (Japan) K‑1300

Material Introduction: PC Teijin (Japan) K‑1300 is a high‑viscosity polycarbonate resin. It features excellent impact resistance, good transparency, favorable electrical properties, high heat resistance and food‑safety compliance. It supports multiple processing methods including extrusion, blow molding and injection molding.

Main Applications

  1. Food‑Contact Containers: With food‑safety certification, it is widely used for blow‑molded articles such as 5‑gallon drinking‑water buckets, sports water cups, baby bottles and tableware.
  2. Industrial & Consumer Goods: Extruded films, sheets and pipes; directly blow‑molded bottles; rotational‑molded large‑size containers.
  3. Electronics & Electrical: High‑precision components such as gears and bearings, as well as electrical housings and insulating parts.
  4. Optical & Lighting Components: Lamp housings, protective glazings and other optical‑lighting parts benefited from high transparency and heat resistance.
  5. Medical Devices: Medical cups, tubes, bottles and surgical instruments. (Note: Practical applications shall comply with relevant medical regulations.)
